1.) Install the Network Sharing by install a new Network and Activate Filesharing
2.) Enable the Guest Account
3.) Local Securitysettings, Local, Userrights, Deny Access from Network to following Users: Remove "Guest" from that Tab
4.) Use the Advanced File Sharing. Its more powerful.
